How to Play:
Promotion begins 09:01 am PST Dec 1, 2007 and continues until 08:59 am PST March 1, 2008 (“Promotion Period”). You may participate by visiting www.rhinolinings.com and submitting the required information requested on the “Promotions Page.” Only one entry per person will be allowed during the Promotion Period.
Eligibility:
To be eligible to participate, you must be at least 18 years old at time of participation, and a legal U.S. or Canadian resident (except for residents of Quebec, Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited by law). Employees of Rhino Linings USA, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other individual or entity directly involved with this Promotion, including immediate family members or those living in the same household (the “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Promotional Coupons:
There are seven (7) different types of promotional coupons associated with this Promotion. Promotional coupons will be instantly awarded by e-mail only and are redeemable only at participating Rhino Linings dealers.
Promotional Coupon 1: $25.00 discount off a Rhino Linings truck bed liner
Promotional Coupon 2: $50.00 discount off a Rhino Linings truck bed liner
Promotional Coupon 3: $100.00 discount off a Rhino Linings truck bed liner
Promotional Coupon 4: Free stuffed rhino (estimated retail value of $18)
Promotional Coupon 5: Free Rhino Shine™ package (estimated retail value of $34)
Promotional Coupon 6: Free over the rail upgrade (estimated retail value of $75)
Promotional Coupon 7: Free Rhino Linings truck bed liner (estimated retail value of $469)
Odds of Winning:
1. $25.00 discount: Every eligible person participating in this promotion will receive a coupon good for a minimum of a $25.00 discount off a Rhino Linings truck bed liner or one of the other prizes to be awarded (1:1).
2. $50.00 discount off a Rhino Linings truck bed liner: No less than one in every 500 persons participating in this promotion will receive a coupon good for a $50.00 discount off a Rhino Linings truck bed liner (1:99).
3. $100.00 off a Rhino Linings truck bed liner: No less than one in every 2,500 persons participating in this promotion will receive a coupon good for a $100.00 discount off a Rhino Linings truck bed liner (1:999).
4. Free stuffed rhino: No less than one in every 1,500 persons participating in this promotion will receive a coupon good for one free stuffed rhino. (1:1,999)
5. Free Rhino Shine package: No less than one in every 2,000 persons participating in this promotion will receive a coupon good for one Rhino Shine package. The Rhino Shine package includes one Rhino Shine applicator kit, and one bottle of black Rhino Shine. (1:2,999)
6. Free over the rail upgrade on a Rhino Linings truck bed liner: No less than one in every 1,000 persons participating in this promotion will receive a coupon good for a free over the rail upgrade on a Rhino Linings truck bed liner. (1:1,499)
7. Free Rhino Linings truck bed liner: No less than one in every 5,000 persons participating in this promotion will receive a coupon good for a Free Rhino Linings truck bed liner, which shall be valid for one (1) Rhino Linings black under-the-rail application, for a truck bed that is six and one half (6.5) feet in length or shorter, not to exceed the manufacturer's suggested retail price of $469. (1:7,500).
Conditions and Limitations:
All entries become the property of the Sponsor. No substitution or transfer of a promotional coupon is permitted, and no cash equivalent for any promotional coupon is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor, and all related parties shall have no liability for entries that are incomplete, or for entries that are not accurately received due to online technical malfunctions or systems-related problems, beyond their reasonable control. Should technical problems impair or inhibit the fair conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor has the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the affected portion(s) of the Promotion, and select coupon recipients from all eligible entries received up to the point of termination or suspension. All promotional coupons will be sent to winners via email, will be date stamped, and will be valid for thirty (30) days after transmittal to winners. Promotional coupons have no cash value, and shall be void after thirty (30) days after transmittal to winners. All Rhino Linings dealers are independently owned and operated. Promotional discount/upgrade coupons may only be redeemed at participating Rhino Linings dealers. Promotional discount/upgrade coupons will only be honored for Rhino Linings truck bed liners installed after receipt of the promotional coupon. Any costs associated with extra preparation work caused by rust, damage, or paint other than factory original shall be the sole responsibility of the coupon recipient. Promotional coupons for a free stuffed rhino or free Rhino Shine package must be mailed to Rhino Linings USA Marketing, attention: “Spin to Win” 9151 Rehco Road, San Diego, CA 92121, and must be collected at the participating Rhino Linings dealer of the winner’s choice. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes on purchases associated with discount coupons or prizes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the coupon recipient. Acceptance of a promotional coupon constitutes permission for the Sponsor and/or its agencies to use coupon recipients’ names and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, all participants agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all claims, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) due to any injuries, damages, losses to person or property of any kind with respect to or arising out of, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, participation in this Promotion, participation in any Promotion-related activity, and/or the receipt, possession, acceptance, use, or misuse of any promotional coupon awarded herein. All promotional coupons are awarded “as is” with no at-law or implied warranties by Sponsor whatsoever. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
